The liquid cylinder is the main component and important accessories of the mud slurry pump of the oil rig. It belongs to the hydraulic end part and is a high-precision high-pressure valve product. Its function is mainly used for the inhalation and discharge of the mud slurry pump of the hydraulic end of the mud pump.
The mud pump cylinder produced by our company is made of large forgings of high quality alloy steel with high corrosion resistance and strength. After quality adjustment and treatment, it has the characteristics of tensile resistance and wear resistance. At the same time, the XH768 CNC machining equipment and process, which are the leading domestic drilling, milling, and tapping, are used in the internal cavity processing, so that the valve box can withstand 31 MPa working pressure and improve the machining accuracy and safety factor of the valve box. The valve box has the advantages of long service life of high pressure and corrosion resistance, and is more suitable for drilling requirements such as high pump pressure and large displacement in oil fields. This product complies with API SPEC 7K specifications and is widely used in the oil drilling industry. The product not only sells well in major domestic oil fields, but also exports to the United States, the Middle East and other international markets. In addition, we can process and produce other types of valves according to customer's drawings and requirements.
The liquid cylinder material is an alloy steel 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo forging, and the three liquid cylinders of each pump can be interchanged. The structure design of the F pump straight-through cylinder is the valve on the valve, which reduces the volume of the cylinder and improves the volume efficiency. If required by the user, the liquid cylinder surface can be electroless nickel plating treatment to enhance its corrosion resistance.
