cylinder liner
The bimetal cylinder liner is currently the most widely used and one of the most widely used fluid end accessories of mud pumps. The bimetal cylinder liner combines the advantages of a hot-forged outer liner and a high-chromium wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant inner liner. The outer liner is made of high-quality 45# steel or hot-forged outer liner, and the inner liner is centrifugally cast from high-chromium cast iron. The outer liner has a strength higher than 900000 PSI. The tensile strength of the inner sleeve reaches above HRC62 after heat treatment. Its inner surface strictly uses a grinding process with strict tolerances. The normal service life can reach more than 800-1000 hours, making it the leader in the industry.
The ceramic cylinder liner is composed of a metal jacket and a highly wear-resistant ceramic lining. It is mechanically processed and thermally assembled into one piece. It is mainly used in the fields of marine and land oil drilling and geological exploration. It has high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, and high Hardness, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, anti-static and other properties are suitable for use in particularly harsh environments. The usage time is about 4000 hours.

The piston assembly is the main part of the fluid end of the mud pump. The discharge pressure of the mud pump is generated by the reciprocating linear motion of the piston assembly in the cylinder liner.
Small piston - high pressure, small flow; large piston - low pressure, large flow. Metric pumps and inch pumps use metric and inch pistons accordingly. Generally, Φ170, Φ160, Φ150 and 6″, 6-1/2″, 7″, etc. are commonly used. The piston rubber material is mainly nitrile rubber and polyurethane, which can meet different customer requirements.
