The Ceramic liner is made of a metal coat and a high-wear-resisting ceramic lining, which is machined and shrinkage fitted.It mainly used in the Marine and Land drilling, geological exploration, it has high strength, high toughness,wear resistance, high rigidity, corrosion resistance, acid-proof alkaline, anti-statics and super smooth surface, suitable for use in a particularly bad environment. Wear Resistance: Compared with the traditional double metal cylinder liner, The Ceramic liner' s life expectancy is10 times higher, and the service lite can be up to 4000 hours. Surface Quality: The microstructure of the ceramic lining is uniform, the surface is machined several times and hasgood smoothness and gloss. Excellent Mechanical Properties: As a result of the use of phase transformation toughening technology, the material strength, hardness, toughness and thermal shock resistance have been greatly improved, with superior integratedmechanical properties. Lower Cost: Compared with the traditional bimetallic liner and single-phase alumina liner, it can significantly reduce the maintenance, labor, storage,transportation and other costs.

The bi-metal cylinder liner is the most widely used and of the largest amount at fluid end of mud pumps. Bi-metal cylinder liner is composed with  a highly worn forged external liner which is made in high quality carbon steel through one-step hot press molding process, and a ware/corrosion-resisting high chromium-nickel internal liner which is made in high chromium cast iron through centrifugal casting process. The tension  strength of external liner is over 900000psi, while the hardness after heat treatment of internal liner is no less than HRC62 which can bear mud  pressure at 7000psi. The internal liner is with smooth surface with the inner-hole dimension tolerance strictly controlled, and its normal using life is over 800 hours. External liner: is forged in #45 steel, with tension strength σb>610MPa, yield strength σs>450MPa, percentage elongation §>17%, and hardness  HB180-200. Internal liner is made in high chromium cast iron through centrifugal casting process, with the annealing hardness HRC≤40m, and quenching hardness HRC60-67.
