What is the Mud Pump Liner Cage? The Mud Pump Liner Cage is the main part of fluid end assy used for F-500/ F-800/ F-1000 drilling mud pump. The mud pump Liner Cage is for limiting Cylinder Liner and positioning the Valve Lower Guider, which is replaced by Plug Board in the mud pump. The mud pump liner cage in metric and British system is generally used.
The valve cover is installed at the top of the hydraulic cylinder, for fixing and centering the discharge valve. The valve cover is installed at the top of the hydraulic cylinder, for fixing and centering the discharge valve. The blank of the valve cover is made of 35CrMo forged piece, with thermal refining 241-285HB. The metric and inch system difference of valve cap exists at the screw hole, other sizes have no difference.
The cylinder head flange is installed on the front of the fluid end module( hydraulic cylinder) for fixing the cylinder head, and it is connected with the fluid end module( hydraulic cylinder) with the double head screws. The blank of cylinder head flange is casting ZG35CrMo. Material: Casting ZG35CrMo BAORUI can produce F series, 3NB series and other series of mud pump cylinder head flanges of various models (British system, metric system).
